Hey guys, I’ll be travelling from Skopje to Kosovo, and then plan to head to Bosnia via Serbia. I’m an Aussie passport holder so not visas required although I’ve read you won’t be able to leave Serbia as you won’t have a valid entry stamp. I was planning on catching the bus from Pristina into Serbia. Anyone done this trip and can confirm if it’s possible? Cheers. submitted by /u/callumhutchinson_ [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I have been doing quite some bar hopping in the last 6 months, and I made a playlist with all my favorite songs discoveries I heard in restaurants & cafés. Happy to hear some of your bar/restaurant & music suggestions :)

Went on a short overnighter over the weekend. Someone was too lazy to pack out their broken camping chair back to the trail head ?. Luckily my pack had some available real estate. submitted by /u/bluBowl7 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hey there, I’m new to reddit so i’m not sure if this is the right place to post this question but here it goes: I don’t travel very often and I have 4 trips coming up in the next few months. The earliest one is in May, the next one after that would be June then September and lastly December. The problem is i’m not sure how to budget them properly. They sort of came up within the last 2 months. I would have much rather planned this out a year in advance but that’s not an option at this point. I’m trying to decide if it would make more sense to pay for the expense of each one (ticket/ stay) as ..read more

Taught my kids how to travel light with only a backpack through Dublin, Paris and London. We stayed in AirBnBs the whole time except the castle in Dublin. It was a quick trip, but we saw most of the major sites and I hope my kids will enjoy a lifetime of international travel. Hi folks, I’m the new proud owner of a Direct Action Dragon Egg backpack and I’m looking for suggestions. My thought process is, I’d like to have 3 “packing cubes” at the bottom of my bag to store daily what-if items like power cords and charging accessories in one, OTC meds and bandages/other misc medical items in another, and some snack items in the last, just to keep my bag organized and all different genres of thing separated in my bag. I’ve looked at a lot of these packing cubes but can’t really find one I enjoy. Eagle Creek has their really nice pack-it line and there’s a handful o ..read more

I’m looking for a list of Great Smoky Mountains National Park backcountry campsites that are near water. Two that I know of are 49 and 60. If anyone here in Redditland has anymore, list them here. Thanks, and safe travels! submitted by /u/CriticalCatalyst601 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
