Winemaking sees this fermented for 10 days on skins with post-ferment skin contact of 92 days. Matured in a 2,500 litre Austrian Botti and an 8-year-old puncheon for 20 months then bottled without fining or filtration. The latest release of the Longview “Juno” Rosato continuing as a blend. 89% Nebbiolo with 19% Pinot Nero in this year’s blend. Again, vintage conditions contributed to this winemaking decision due to the small harvest. Longview, Juno, Rosato, Adelaide Hills, 2023 Very pale dusky peach hue.
