Spring Rolls are one of the recipes that we love making with kids, because it’s very hands-on and because many of the …hmmm, I’m not sure about that…. typically turns into …those were delicious! There are many opportunities to practice chopping and peeling and work with a wrapper, too! You’ll notice that we reccommend peeling the cucumber and carrot instead of cutting them.
