All visitors must enter and exit from the front door. Maximum of two visitors per resident per visit. Sherwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents and loved ones The United States Department of Health and Human Services has partnered with CVS and Walgreens to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to residents of senior living communities, including Sherwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care.
