Happy #WellnessWednesday! Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us Standing Obliques, which work the muscles on the sides of the abdomen. These are like the exercises we did last week, except we do these ones standing. Oblique muscles are important for a few reasons. Among them: They help you move your body from side to side. Vision problems can lead to dementia, study finds

A study published in the American Medical Association’s Neurology journal estimated 1.8 percent of dementia cases — representing about 100,000 people in the United States — potentially could have been prevented through healthy vision.
