In honor of March being National Nutrition Month, Atria residents and staff are learning about and trying out a new nutrition and well-being habit every day through March 31. Each day’s recommendation comes from a reputable, trusted source, like the Mayo Clinic. Residents received a worksheet they can use to check off each day as they go along, and more details are provided in the Daily Inspiration Newsletters they get each morning from their Engage Life team.
