Easy Chickpea Blondies These secretly healthy blondies made with chickpeas, nutbutter, and chocolate will have your whole family satisfied and full of plant-based protein! They taste amazingly like almond butter cookies and are completely flourless and no butter! One pan makes 12-14 blondies INGREDIENTS -1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained - 1/2 cup organic almond butter - 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave you can also use honey if you're not vegan) - 2 teaspoons vanilla - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda - 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips plus more
