I don't drink hard alcohol for a variety of reasons but I LOVE goofy cups lol. I'm going to Vegas in May and would love to know some spots where I can get a silly souvenir cup with a virgin drink in it. I've been before and I've only found 3 places who have done virgin drinks(the others said they couldn't because the alcohol was already mixed in) those three were a Numb bar at Harrahs, Mirage Pool bar and a Circus Circus bar. I just got married in your beautiful city (Red Rock). I stayed on the strip and had a wonderful time. Staying out late smoking cigars and playing craps was a great fun but... But nothing. From the marriage office to the casino every local/employee I talked to here were amazing people. Staff everywhere were very polite. The locals of Vegas are awesome people. Mainly played at Aria but also spent a few thousand between park MGM and Mandalay.
