Can vampires get diseases from drinking blood from certain people, if you drink the blood of someone with HIV by mistake are you just fucked? Or are they immune to disease? Would they feel sick if they drank the blood of someone very low on iron or maybe it would just give them a tummy ach. Follow up question, if someone is on hard drugs and a vampire drinks their blood, does the vampire get high? Or does medication even work on them?
