How can water be food? Naturally we of course understand that water is incredibly important for our bodies, we know that it is. Water is the source of life. We consist of about 70% water and need to replenish regularly. Although it circulates around the body, some disappears as urine and sweat and furthermore water evaporates as we exhale. It is important to have a strong and vital connection to the earth which we live off and on. To be or to feel grounded.
