Hiya my lovely friends
Hope you are all well, as you may know I went to London for the court case against the UK Government about their discriminatory abortion laws.
At the moment the law states that a baby with Down's syndrome can be aborted up to birth but a baby without Down's syndrome can be aborted up to 24 weeks which is downright discrimination in the womb because, I believe all babies are equal in the sight of the law.
On the 13th July 2022 we had the court case in the court of appeal which went very well I felt the judge was very good and that he was interes ..read more

Hiya my lovely Friends
As you may know I have been taking the UK government to court as at the moment the law states that a baby with DS and other non fatal disabilities for example , Cleft palette, club foot which are easily corrected is up to birth but a baby without a disability is 24 weeks which is Downright discrimination .
Last Tuesday we went to the court of appeal and we have won the appeal on the grounds of discrimination.
I was able to speak in the court much to my surprise , I was very honoured as it's unusual to be allowed to speak in court .
I said ab ..read more

Hiya my lovely Friends
As you may know I have received the verdict of my court case. A baby with Down syndrome can be aborted to birth but a baby without DS can be aborted up to 24 weeks which I believe is Downright Discrimination. I love my husband and my nephew (who doesn't have Down syndrome) equally, in my eyes they are equals. I love them both but in very different ways .
I was so upset when mum told me that we had lost the court case. But I was able to speak to the media and tell them how i feel. I will carry on fighting. I will be appealin ..read more
