Hey there beautiful, how’s your sleep? Do you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night? I know I don’t! This is something I struggle with almost every night. So, let’s talk about sleep and a few ways to make it better for you and me.   Stick to a sleep schedule. Set aside no more than 8 hours of sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is 7 hours. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day.
