I just submitted my application to Jefferson County pd. I have a fat mental health history of me being in placements from the age 14 to 17 (I'm 21 now). I also went to a hospital once because I was scared I od'd on powder when I tried it for the first time. I have not done ANY drugs for 2 years and I do not have any mental issues now aside from me taking mood stabilizers (but I'm not dependant on them at all). I live in a small row home and my moron next door neighbor keeps burning shit (like cardboard) in his fire pit and then going inside and leaving it unattended. I’m talking blazing fires. He has been doing this for over a year now.
