Before the days of my Kindle I had tons and tons of books. They lined entire shelves and many had dogeared pages so I could quickly get to my favorite bits of the best novels I had. Some of them were prettier than others. A few were books I had since high school and kept because I enjoyed the book despite the fact that it was required reading. So a really, really neat thing happened to me… and I’m sharing this particular post on Valentine’s Day for a reason… I’m in LOVE! The good people at Plaid sent me a jar of Mod Podge with a nifty blue label. To be honest I glanced at it and set it on the desk. Then one day I really looked at it and saw “Mod Podge dishwasher safe formula”. Huh? What? Awesome! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Amy from Mod Podge Rocks is one of my most fave bloggers of all time. Not only is she talented and incredibly successful, making her a huge inspiration and role model for me, but she’s also so nice. I mean it… SO nice. Come summer my Momma and I live in flip flops. They’re easy, they’re cheap and quite convenient when you’ve got pups to take outside or kids to chase outside after or whatever.
