The effects of the Coronavirus are being felt across the media landscape, and with no live sport to broadcast Foxtel is the latest to see massive staff losses.
In the last 48 hours the subscription TV service has seen over 200 redundancies, a further 140 staff stood down pending a return to normalcy, and a host of other staff working reduced hours for reduced pay.

Channel 9 has officially confirmed popular newsreader TRACY VO will remain in Perth for the foreseeable future to be with her family during the COVID-19 crisis.
