ALL YOU CAN EAT KOREAN BBQ ? IT'S A YES FOR ME ! Do you love Korean Food as much as I am?? I am such a big fan of Korean food, especially Korean BBQ ! For me, Korean food is considered as a 'healthy-food' option. Why?? BECAUSE, you can not not eating Veggies while having Korean food, right?? When eating K-BBQ, you always wrapped the meat in lettuce or other greens,  there are many 'fermented' ingredients as well like 'Kimchi' or Gochujang paste, and so on ! Perfect for healthier gut !
