Hello Reddit community,
I’m in search of a comprehensive CRM tool that excels in marketing, integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp, and includes a power dialer that allows me to view client cards complete with custom fields and notes during calls. I’ve found that many CRM systems use an external power dialer, but this often means that I can’t see the client’s information on-screen while I’m using the program, which is a significant drawback.
I really like Close.com for sales, but it lacks WhatsApp integration and sufficient marketing features. Salesmate seems promising, yet it doesn’t feel as ro ..read more

My client hired a VA to set up a CRM system for my business. We use Ontraport but we’re not sure how to use it. I was wondering if there is a way to retarget people that visit your landing page but don’t sign up?

Hi all. We use Cloze today with 5 users. Its actually does all we need it to do, but it’s a bit clunky and hard for the team to learn all the tricks and would like to find a simplified version with a better UI.
We have some specific but simple needs. Work with outlook, track phone calls AND messages from iPhones, share some contacts as a group, keep some contacts in same system but not share details like past email content group wide. Get reminders when some contact has not been touched by anyone on the team for a period of time.
We don’t need sales funnels or email blast capabilities her at ..read more

I’ve been a Salesforce user for years and honestly it’s just not as snappy or intuitive as I’d prefer and I’m looking for something new. We’re a small team and basically live in Outlook. What I’d like in a CRM:
Automatic Outlook integration (very important) LinkedIn integration Deal tracking and reporting for the types of projects we do Customization for example I’d like to track what clients got what gifts, prizes, etc. iOS app Zoominfo integration to update contact information… this would be a nice to have
What got me thinking is I saw Folk.app and it looked great but I don’t believe it has ..read more

Trying to bring my business out of the stone age with a legit CRM. We have a sales team of 5 right now, but looking to expand soon. The thing I want most is a nice communication timeline with all existing customers and potential leads. Showing all calls with notes and all emails back and forth. Obviously would want it to schedule and remind for next contact attempt and all of that stuff. In my mind I would have an administrator of some sort organizing lead/prospect contacts (possibly from Apollo) and dealing them out to the sales team weekly.
We don't really need any of the sales/deals functi ..read more
