I have been painting for myself for a while but am to the point where I am interested in starting to sell my canvases and I was wondering if anyone had insight into design collectives (ie KCN, gingham stitchery, etc) where multiple artists operate under the same umbrella? Hi all, I’m considering making these coasters. I’ve never needlepointed, but I’ve cross stitched. My concern is that I would like to use them but I worry about tea stains etc. My crochet coasters I can just throw in the wash, but I don’t feel that’s an option here. What could I use to cover it that won’t make the texture of the yarn gross? Mod podge or furniture upholstery scotch guard? Or is this not a concern, and I can just spot clean with carpet cleaner? Hi! I want to recreate this outfit but with yarn. I’m crocheting the hat, and I was going to crochet the clothing but I discovered needlepoint & thought that might be easier. Im thinking of getting blank canvas, cutting the pattern out, needlepointing the pieces and sew them together.
