my gf is Korean and she loves to eat her parents’ Kimchi. Me personally, as a competitive male, I like to be the best and just to tease and prove that I’m better, I am taking it upon myself to make my own Kimchi so we don’t have to go over her parents house just to eat some cabbage. I was super lucky to have someone bring me an order of tteokbokki from Honu’s today. It’s loaded with tteok, fishcake, a hard boiled egg, onions, green onion and had 4 fried mandoo on top. The best part was adding rice to eat with the sauce at the end. Coming in with another instant noodle recommendation cuz I’m Korean so trust me bro ? . Hmart has this unless they’re sold out. This is as close as you can get to a Korean chicken noodle soup.
