Aeroplano.Coffee was quite a surprise when I first visited. The entrance doesn’t give much away, but stepping inside reveals a delightful space. To the left, you'll find the barista's area, and to the right, a cozy seating area awaits. Suto, located in Sants, is a Japanese restaurant that has recently been awarded its first Michelin star, a well-deserved accolade. Varmuteo, located in Sant Antoni, is the sister establishment to Alapar (read my review here: it’s a favorite restaurant of mine!), and shares a kitchen where all the prep is done. Gabby’s Brunch has consistently been one of the most popular brunch spots in Barcelona, and it’s easy to see why.
