I was lucky enough to participate at a recent seminar with one of the worlds best and highly decorated Shotokan Karate practitioners Masao Kagawa Shihan (9th dan) on Sunday 31st March 2024 in Nottingham. It was an incredibly informative and interesting seminar where Kagawa Shihan shared his vast knowledge with each and every one of us so very generously. The session lasted for three hours which passed by at the speed of light.
