Inside, are 2 private channels, 'Channel A' and 'Channel B'. Folders inside these channels are going to be similar, but for example we have 'Folder X' which exists in both Channels A and B. I am trying to find a custom query that will work in the Highlighted Content web part to display any document within a specifically named folder across any site. For example, I want to be able to show every document in every folder named "Policies" regardless of the site the folder/document belongs to. Hi, I have a few SPO sites which are not associated with either a security or 365 group. The identity mapping file requires a group object ID to move the sites to the target tenant so what is the move here? I need to create an identical folder structure across 200+ sites however, I'm having a heck of a time finding the CMDLET to create folders in the document library that is NOT PnP-AddFolder (I have concerns about running Open Source modules in our tenant). Can anyone point me in the right direction to create folders in a document library from Powershell? Alternatively can anyone convince me that PnP Powershell is perfectly safe now and in the future? I’ve been tasked with creating a site where mp4 files will be uploaded but need to be deleted after 30 days. Initially tried using the compliance center but there were some issues with utilizing retention lablels/policies. I found out that you can put renter in policies on content types. So I activate the rich media feature and created a custom content type. Set it’s parent to video and created a new group. From there, I went into Info Mgmt for the new content type and enabled retention. Created a stage to delete on creation after 1 day. Hello, Is it possible by any chance to allow sharing a file/folder so only people from a specific org can access? I understand you can change the setting in SP Admin to allow 'anyone' to access a content without even logging in. Now, I am just hoping only people from one specific domain can access if they are external users. In SharePoint Admin Center, I added the external domain in 'policies -> sharing' page and did the same for the site in 'Active sites'. Edit: just noticed that I copied the wrong code in my initial post. Hello, The preview of Documents that are on sharepoint, in the tiles view are not fully visible. Means, the tiles are behaving as "fill the frame". But I want the previews to "fit to frame", without cropping or distorting anything. If the document does not have the same proportions as the tile, I want the preview to fit into it, either height or width, depending on its proportions, making the full document visible in every case.
