XL Bully Update The Ban on XL Bullies In England and Wales, the judicial review was not granted at the end of last month. Having reapplied, the group behind the application, Don’t Ban Me – Licence Me, have now been assigned a court date of 24 April. In Scotland the breeding, sale, and abandonment of XL Bullys was made illegal on 23 February. On the same date, owners also needed to keep their dogs muzzled in public places.
