Sisk has announced that it has been awarded the contract as Construction Manager for a major new pharmaceutical facility in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The €330m fill-finish production facility will be constructed on the IDA’s greenfield site at the Kerry Technology Park. The project is to create 600 construction jobs over the course of the build, with a view to having the first phase of the development operational by the third quarter of 2027. The UK’s largest urban logistics property developer and asset manager has opened a Dublin office near St Stephen’s Green and appointed a development director for Ireland to support its European expansion.
