I just joined, timely as I’m 65 in a few days. When I entered my late 50s, I started looking for a book on aging (a book is my answer to almost any question), I found there wasn’t really a non-medicalized book about aging. By non-medicalized, I guess I mean a simple description of how our bodies age, without rushing to focus on treatment. Although I never read it, ‘Our Bodies, Ourselves’ is what I was thinking about. 35yo F, whose face is starting to sag prematurely (prob from decades of sleeping and eating on one side, which I've desperately been trying to change, Along with a career that promises terrible and irregular sleep).
