Can anyone recommend kid's shoes that have a heel lock (the extra, tiny holes above the regular ones)? My son is learning to tie his shoes and there's a neat trick using the heel lock that makes it much easier for him. Can anyone recommend good shoes for walking on cement. My main issue is $$$$. I would like to spend around $70 but can go $100.
