I have been belly dancing for a few years now been a fusion dancer for most of the time. Iam in my early pregnancy at 9 weeks. I am wondering what moves should be avoided. Hip Shimmies, free shimmies (Egyptian shimmy) flutters, undulations hip twists, 3/4, maya, omi / interior hip circle, belly pops/ pelvic in and outs . Any of these I can’t do? Also would love to know if I can continue my popping study. I very recently started learning popping.
