So I’ve used a dab pen for about a year now, and the last couple months when I start to actually get high off of it I get this weird feeling in my chest. It’s like a pulsing sensation that goes from my throat to my sternum all the way down to my stomach and then back up. Almost like blood is getting stuck in my chest when flowing? It could just be me making shit up in my brain idk. Along with this I get like mega anxiety and shake a ton, it’s not a good time. I feel like physically ill as well. I’ve tried stopping for awhile and going back to it, and I’ve even tried switching to grass for awh ..read more

The ANGER in many reactions is the narcotic as addicts rush to defend their master Marijuana. You can break free of slavery and be BORN AGAIN and sing praise in sobriety
Sobriety is cool. Most marijuana addicts are using a harmful narcotic which causes memory loss and brain chemicals to change. This federally illegal class 1 controlled substance should be illegal every where. It s highly addictive and the user's complain they need it for pain or emotional anxiety. These drug addicts are selfish and are not thinking of the children in society or even their own loved ones. Marijuana kills and m ..read more

Back in September last year, I had the worst panic attack of my life. I sprinkled weed I had gotten from a preroll into my bong, and had a bone chilling panic attack that sent me into a spiral for months (strain was Gelato 30% THC). When I looked in the mirror after I smoked, I felt completely alien to my body, as it seemed like I was starring at a complete stranger. My house and bedroom seemed completely foreign to me. Since then, I've had on and off episodes of pretty severe DPDR, feeling like I'm not real/my surroundings aren't real/feeling strange with existential OCD. For context, I was ..read more

I see this idea get thrown around a lot, that people use substances to “numb” their bad feelings, which can lead to dependence problems. I definitely get why some substances are described this way, but I have never felt “numbed” by weed or understood what people mean by that.
Honestly I’ve always had a tendency to be kind of disconnected/out of touch with my emotions. I’m someone who might not even notice that I’m stressed or anxious, even when it’s affecting my behavior and is obvious to others. I mention this because if anything, I find weed helps me be more emotionally aware/present in thi ..read more

So I started smoked around 2 years ago and at the start I could easily get high off one cone. Now it’s like no matter how many cones I have, I don’t get that good of a high and goes away after 30 minutes or so. I’ve had 1 month tolerance breaks and still the same. I only smoke on weekends as well.
Also if you have any suggestions for fun things to do at home high with a friend let me know. ?

Hi guys! 24F here. I began smoking weed around age 14, would smoke daily/weekly from ages 16-19. Used to dab a lot, too. I never had a bad experience with marijuana, always giddy and laughing.. other times sleepy and relaxed. 5 or so years ago, I smoked and got highly paranoid/anxious. Each time I’ve smoked since then, this happens. I’ve tried changing strains, changing potency, etc. I got officially diagnosed with panic disorder at age 21. I get panic attacks when I’m not high but if I do get high, it’s almost certain that one will come on. Any explanation for this?
I really want to be able ..read more

I love crazy high THC percentages, I don’t like anxiety; regardless high thc doesn’t give me much anxiety but to some it will, and that’s because that bud you’re smoking has the cbd bred out of it… (typically)
When THC binds to endocannabinoid receptors, especially in the amygdala (a brain region regulating fear and anxiety), it can lead to irrational suspicion and fear. However, cannabidiol (CBD), another prominent cannabinoid, doesn’t directly bind to endocannabinoid receptors. Research suggests that CBD-rich products don’t typically cause paranoia because they don’t overstimulate the amygd ..read more
