I'm based in France but I know they ship intl and have stores in the EU, so maybe they're sort of known outside of FR. I'm definitely a novice, but they seem to have a wide selection of "Grands Crus" [selected rare harvests could be a translation] from diverse places like Georgia, a lot of good Nepal blacks and accessible prices. I've tried their Si Ji Chun Oolong which is a Taiwan Gao Shan Cha, absolutely blown away.
