As more antibiotics are prescribed (or over-prescribed), many bacteria are evolving, developing resistance to that drug. It is one of the most perturbing problems plaguing the pharmaceutical industry today. But according to a study published last month in the Journal of Medical Microbiology, scientists may have scratched the surface on a solution: tea. Announcing a new tea collaboration! But first, a little fun backstory. A while back, I had a random meeting with a guy named Brian while I was attending the launch party for a tea-beer collaboration I did with my good friends at Alementary, called Before Sunset.
