Certainly! Here are simplified processes for making creamy and non-creamy curd at home:
Creamy Curd:
Ingredients:
Creamy milk (full-fat)
High-quality curd (store-bought or homemade)

I haven’t had much dairy, except occasionally from salad dressings, in over a year but I recently I decided to eat some cheese- to get some additional protein into my body. After 3 days of cheese I really want to scream due to my stupidity because now I’m stuck with the worse joint pain in BOTH KNEES and BOTH ELBOWS. The only thing I had introduced into my diet/routine was dairy so I know that is what’s causing my pain. I don’t know what to do from the point. Will this get better?

Cows enjoy getting milked.
It is not good to anthropomorphize animals and suggest they feel what we do.
Most people are comforted by these arguments... It is sort of a justification to drink, buy and sell milk. But do ..read more

Good morning all! ☀️ I've recently publish a children's ebook about meat and dairy production. My goal isn't to end all meat consumption, but rather to encourage people to educate their children (and themselves in many cases) about where and how these animal (bi)products are manufactured. As a society we do eat too much meat/dairy to be considered safe or sustainable, so if we can cut back the consumption our bodies, minds, the animals and our planet will all be better off.
