Hi, I’m 22, and I’ve had a really inconsistent work history since turning 18. I have never had a job more than six months and I have large gaps in working.

how is the section order? is it true that education should be lower once you've gotten enough career experience?
do i need to reword my "skills" section if i only have EMR proficiency listed, or can it be grouped with my certifications?
are my job descriptions too wordy or am i including the right info to make myself look like a good candidate? i don't want my resume to look like huge blocks of text. i'm also trying to avoid repetitiveness between the different units i've worked.
is it appropriate to mention the pandemic i ..read more

So I graduated nearly 3 years ago and had to do mandatory military service straight after, which was a total waste of time. Despite listing it as experience on my resume, I was definitely not doing those things everyday and due to no internet and limited infrastructure, I wasn't able to learn new skills and improve myself either.
Anyways, once I finished service, my mom got diagnosed with cancer literally the following week. I was depressed about it and I was st ..read more

Hi I am a fresh grad currently unemployed, was previously a full-stack intern. I am targeting entry-level C++ focused roles, particularly roles that can provide experience in high-performance or low latency systems. (software engineer, trading systems engineer, network engineer). My main interest is to build up experience to enter trading firms.
Requesting for help as I am not getting interviews from anywhere other than government related companies. These companies hire literally anyone but the learning opportunities are limited. I specifically applied for listings stating <3 YOE
