I'm a student studying soil and crop science, and through my studies, I've recently come to the decision that I would like to start purchasing organic when I can, mostly due to pesticides and fertilizers. I've always tried to purchase animal products from places that I can trust for animal welfare, but learning about the environmental impacts of agriculture, especially conventional agriculture, I've realized how important it is to decrease pesticide and fertilizer use, among other things.

Hi everyone! This is for my mom. I want to help her have a better diet. Preferably organic and ingredients to make good meals as well. What are some things she can eat, things to look out for, she has bad cholesterol at 245. She’s a nurse so she’s somewhat active but i don’t think her diet is that great. How can i help her? Please!!
