I’m 42 and have been taking ballet off/on for 10 years after quitting in middle school. I used to have legit banana feet. One of the many things I didn’t know about aging is that our arches can fall. I’ve noticed a significant change in my arches over the last year. It’s making class more difficult and I know this is vain, but I miss how they used to look.
