I like to make my own gluten free wraps, because in my country they are about €4 for two wraps.. but i like to freeze them so i can make them once a week. They always come out very chewy and brittle.
Does anyone have tips for a good recipe? And maybe for freezing them in a beter way?

I went gluten free after my gastroenterologist suggested I might have an intolerance. I’ve been GF for several weeks now. At least 6 if not more. How in the WORLD do I keep them from clumping together in groups? I’ve been cooking gluten free spaghetti noodles for 15 years and I still have at least one or two massive clumps glued together that I have to chuck. Is there a trick I’m missing?
Sincerely, a pasta lover ?

I recently found that eating gluten free significantly reduces my lower back inflammation. I have an autoimmune issue and eating gf has been life changing! That said, I am looking for recommendations! I live near Kroger, Trader Joe's, Costco, and Aldi.
