Are you in search of an easy yet delicious recipe for Memorial Day? Red, White, & Blue Cheesecake Salad is a must. It’s simple and will leave your guest begging for more.
Ingredients:
2 pounds of strawberries
1 pint blueberries
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 large tub of Cool Whip
4 cups mini marshmallows

Spice up painting with the little ones and grab some clothespins and pom-pom balls. This is a fun and easy way for kids to paint an American Flag.
Supplies per child:
3 clothespins
3 large pom-pom balls
1 – 11” by 17” white paper
Red, white, & blue paint (use a paper plate to place the paint on)
Instructions:
Start by having the kids pinch a pom-pom into each of the 3 clothespins. Dip one clothespin pom-pom into the blue paint. Have them make a box of blue dots in the upper left-hand cornor of the paper, filling the entire space with blue. Let the blue paint dry. Then, take another ..read more

Need a fun summer activity to do? If you’re out camping or at home, you can simply put together a Horseshoe Pit. This is a game the whole family can enjoy and spend some quality time together. Here are the instructions for the set up and rules.
The Courts
Stakes are placed 40 feet apart.
Stakes should extend 14 to 15 inches above the pit surface.
Stakes may be inclined toward each other, but not more than a 3-inch lean.
Stakes are solid or hollow steel 1 inch in diameter.
