Phantom is the sweetest, silliest 100% deaf dog. He needs a home with no other dogs, as he is showing aggression towards the rest of our pack. He does great with kids, but definitely needs to be older children in the home only. We rescued him 3 years ago, and he was a stray prior to that. So she and birthday are just a guest.
