If you own or work for a business in Hawaii and are tasked with either managing or establishing a remote team, you are not alone.
According to the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT) of Hawaii, almost 200,000 (about 42.4%) private sector payroll employees were working remotely as of August 31, 2021, including 20,636 working for companies in Hawaii from out-of-state.
