I’ve been looking for a replay of the women’s free skate from the 2014 Olympics, but I can’t find one anywhere. I’ve checked the Olympics website, but they only have the short and team event free. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Hello! My daughter is doing a brief assignment on the nutrition of figure skaters for one of her classes. They all got to choose a sport to do some research on.
The question she isn't able to figure out easily from internet research is how many grams of macronutrients would a figure skater training not necessarily at the Olympic level, but still competitive, consume in a day? I know that it kind of depend on age and gender so she's focused on the 20-26 age range and female.
Is it like 65% carbs, 15% protein, and 20% fat? Those were the numbers I kind of spitballed with her.
Thank you!

Is Yuzuru Hanyu's 4T+3A the hardest jump combination/sequence ever landed in competition? Is Ilia Malinin's 3Lz+3A the hardest triple-triple jump combination/sequence ever landed in competition? The second and third hardest triple-triple jump combinations ever landed in competition are probably 3A-3Lo and 3A-3T.
