Our team of doctors is growing once again. We are excited to announce that Dr. Shrineel Patel has joined River Run Dental. He will be seeing patients at our Short Pump office beginning Tuesday May 4th.

Dr. Patel originally moved to Richmond to attend the VCU School of Dentistry. He served as Vice President of his dental school class, and also completed a fellowship in dental academia through the American Dental Education Association.

Dr. Rusnak and Dr. Adler Named Richmond’s Top Dentists
Both Dr. Rusnak and Dr. Adler were voted as winners in the General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry categories during the annual Richmond Magazine Top Dentist Awards. Each year over 700 area dentists are asked to survey their dental peers and vote on who they personally recommend in each dental specialty. Without a doubt this has been a time of uncertainty for all of us. Often people ask us how long they need to wear their retainer after having orthodontic treatment. There are many factors that may influence how long someone needs to wear their retainer, but the best recommendation we can give you is to wear your retainers for as long as you want for your teeth to stay straight! Simply, the longer you wear the retainer, the longer your teeth will remain in their desired position since teeth can shift without regular wear of a retainer.
