We’re so excited to share our Mongolian Beef Recipe with you all! The first time I had the dish was P.F. Changs Mongolian Beef and I immediately fell in love. The tender beef coated in a sweet and savory sauce was absolutely delicious! Our version is very similar in flavor and texture to their version in the best way! This Chinese takeout inspired dish also couldn’t be easier (and a bit healthier) to make at home and is one of our top, family loved recipes on our entire site! Our Mongolian beef is incredibly quick and easy to make. In fact, it can be made in under 30 minutes making it a perfe ..read more

The most requested meal by my parents to me is hands down always my Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. I think it’s because my parents cook primarily Korean food that things like gumbo intimidate them a little. Flavor-wise this is right up their alley, especially for my dad. He LOVES stewy dishes with a lot of flavor (and some spicy heat) – which is exactly what we have with our gumbo! I learned to cook gumbo in culinary school from a chef who had spend most his career in the south. My recipe today takes complete inspiration from that chef instructor who also taught be a great dark roux shortcut! We ..read more

There’s no need to turn cauliflower into something it’s not (looking at you, rice and pizza crust) when it can be this good on its own! Our air fryer cauliflower uses just a handful of ingredients – oil, lemon, and spices – for an incredibly flavorful appetizer or side dish that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Making cauliflower in the air fryer takes just 5 minutes of prep work and 15 minutes of cooking. The slightly smoky flavor of this cauliflower makes it the perfect side dish for Baby Back Ribs or Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs, or you can even serve them as a simple appet ..read more

I’m totally in love with this Smoked Salmon Pasta! It’s a crazy easy pasta dish to make and SO GOOD! The smoked salmon adds an incredible amount of flavor to the dish and is truly the star ingredient here. We top our pasta off with lumpfish roe because the little briny balls add a really nice pop of brightness to the smoked salmon pasta, without overpowering it (or breaking the bank!). You can definitely get fancy and add a couple spoonfuls of caviar instead if you prefer or if you’re serving this dish up for a special occasion!
