Based on the comic book of the same name by The Sandman creator Neil Gaiman, Dead Boy Detectives arrived on Netflix today (25 April) – and the reviews are in. Starring Jayden Revri and George Rexstrew as Charles and Edwin respectively, the two dead boys are joined by their psychic friend Crystal Palace (Kassius Nelson), her friend Niko (Yuyu Kitamura), and Ruth Connell in her Doom Patrol role of Night Nurse. Fighting with Pride has been awarded a grant to help create the UK’s first memorial to LGBTQ+ veterans, but the charity has called on the government to be quicker to repay the compensation promised. Political pundit and former actor Laurence Fox has been ordered to pay a total of £180,000 to two men he called paedophiles, during an argument on social media. Fox was sued by former Stonewall trustee Simon Blake and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Crystal in 2020 after an exchange on X/Twitter.
